Fancy a dungeon setting?  I've access to 3 well-equipped local playrooms below (notice required).  I can also arrange access to dungeons nationwide. 

A medical room and a school room are also available, please contact me for details. 

Dungeon #1        (black)             My outcall rate + a hire fee of £20 an hour applies

A well equipped, private playroom in Atherton, 30 mins train ride from Manchester Victoria.  I often use this room for filming purposes.  Equipment includes St. Andrews cross, bondage/wax table, sling, ceiling hooks/chains, spanking horse, suspension (vertical/horizontal/inverted - subject to discussion), cage, electro kit, leather straight jacket, sleepsack, wrist/ankle cuffs, ropes, handcuffs, canes, riding crops, paddles, masks, hoods (leather, rubber, gas), blindfolds, ball stretchers/weights, cock and ball restraints, pinwheels, metal spider gag, ball gag, piss funnel, various sized dildos/buttplugs, nipple clamps, pegs, alligator clips, wax, ice, collar/leash, dog bowl/toys, plenty of leatherwear/rubberwear, cockrings, razors, shaving foam, poppers, lubricant, shower/bathroom. 

Directions by car:  We'll meet by 'Hag Fold' Railway Station, Spa Road, Atherton, Greater Manchester, M46 9WX.  The playroom's a couple of minutes away with easy parking.  Directions by train:Take a 30 minute train from Manchester Victoria to Hag Fold (return ticket approx £3.50) where I'll meet you.

Dungeon #2           (blue)              A daytime hire fee of £40 an hour applies (or £50 for 2 hrs evenings and weekends) in addition to my outcall rate.

A high-quality 'Fetters' dungeon with plenty of scope for play.  Equipment includes vertical 'spreadeagled' bondage frame, The Rack, stirrups, cage, St. Andrews cross, sleepsack, sling, whipping platform, throne, various sized dildos, leather wrist and ankle cuffs, canes etc.  Washroom facilities available.  (Directions by public transport:  Take the Metrolink to Bury Metro.  The dungeon is located a few minutes from the station.  Directions available upon booking or if travelling by car).

Dungeon #3            (red)               A daytime hire fee of £40 an hour applies (or £50 for 2 hrs evenings and weekends) in addition to my outcall rate.

A nicely atmospheric dungeon setting, complete with candles, low-lighting and music if required.  Equipment includes St. Andrews cross, confinement cell, a rack, spanking horse, vertical 'spreadeagled' bondage frame, throne, masks and a variety of corporal punishment toys including whips, canes and paddles.  Washroom facilities available.  (Directions by public transport:  Take the Metrolink to Bury Metro.  The dungeon is located a few minutes from the station.  Directions available upon booking or if travelling by car).
